Fibre comes from food that gives you carbohydrates. However, it doesn't give you any calorie because our human system cannot digest fibre and hence is excreted out via stools, and hence is also called as non carbohydrate starch.


If you follow keto diet that makes you restrict the intake of carbohydrates, causes loss of gut health.

So remember this when you follow keto diet the next time.


Fibre is of two types: Soluble & Insoluble, and comes in combination from food.
