You must try this dish rich in Antioxidants; made from green basil leaves & cilantro
Ingredients:
Green Basil leaves, 100 gm
Cilantro, 25 gm
Pine nuts, 2 tbsp
Walnuts, 1 no
Garlic, 2 pods
Green chilly, 1 no
Lemon, 1/2
Olive oil, 2 tbsp
Salt, to taste
Method:
Blenderise all ingredients together in the blender
I used hydroponic basil & cilantro leaves
