Leftover khichdi turned into Indian bread

Ingredients:
Leftover Khichdi, 1/2 cup
Bajra Flour, 1/4 cup
Wheat flour, 1/4 cup
Besan flour, 1/4 cup
Spices ( ginger garlic chilli paste, salt, pepper, haldi, hing)
Sesame seeds, 1 tsp
Flaxseeds, 1 tsp
Corriander leaves, finely chopped, 1 tbsp
Methi leaves, finely chopped, 1 tbsp
Onion, finely chopped, 1 tsp
Oil, 1 tsp to knead the dough
Water as required.
Method:
Mix all the ingredients with water and knead a normal dough like that of chapati's
Take a chickoo size ball, & roll out chapati's out of it, slightly thick.
Heat the pan, & roast this chapati with 1 tsp oil, on both the sides, turning it regularly. Roast it on medium flame.
Serve hot & enjoy with freshly prepared curd/raita
* Tip: You may make it from yellow moong dal khichdi or whole green moong khichdi. YOu may also add grated vegetables like pumpkin or bottle gourd or carrot to this paratha to make it more nutritious.
