Red Pesto

You have to try this Antioxidant rich Italian dip / gravy made from Red Basil leaves & Beetroot


Ingredients:

Red Basil leaves, 100 gm

Beetroot, boiled, 1/2

Pine nuts, 2 tbsp

Walnuts, 1 no

Olive Oil, 2tbsp

Green chilly, 1

Ginger, 1/2 inch pc

Garlic, 2 pods

Lemon, 1/2

Salt, to taste


Method:

  • Blenderise all ingredients together in a blender until smooth paste

  • Garnish it with microgreens

The dip is ready...
