Vegetarian Protein Cutlet

Cutlets made from veggies, legumes & cottage cheese. No potatoes...


Ingredients:

American Corn, boiled, 1 cob

Broccoli, blanched, 300 gm

Sprouts, boiled, 1 cup

Cottage cheese, grated, 100 gm

Salt, to taste

Black pepper powder, to taste

Chat powder, 1 tbsp

Amchur powder, 1 tbsp

Green chillies, finely chopped, 2 no


Method:

  • Blenderise the boiled corn & broccoli along with green chillies

  • Mix all the ingredients with the above veggies & make cutlets from it

  • Roast the cutlets on non stick pan from both the sides.

  • You may use 1 tsp ghee to roast

You can use this cutlet as a frankie filling too.
