Is this a group program?
This is an online group program, wherein you will be a part of the group on Whatsapp along with other members who would be in this journey with you. This group program provides an environment of like-minded people & makes it easier to achieve your health goal. This group will aid in motivating you.
How many diet plans do you provide?
The plans are different for each day & would be sent over the group in pdf form for one week, to shop & pre-prep
What kind of diet plans would I get?
We don’t believe in deprivation diets that cut out certain food groups completely (unless necessary). We prescribe balanced and easy-to-follow diets that you can stick to within the long term.
Would you be providing recipes too?
You will be receiving recipes for most of the meals
What kind of meals/cuisine would be included?
Varieties of dishes would be included. The cuisine would be majorly Indian based, using local ingredients. The dishes would be home-based, easy to cook & relished by family members too
